I adored Alex from the moment I met her. Like, the moment I sat down and she opened her mouth. She is not only beautiful, she is incredibly smart and does important work that I really admire. There was a panicked moment shortly before the ceremony when she couldn’t find the heart her students had made for her and I saw in that moment how much she loves those kids. Alex found the heart and carried it with her down the aisle and even though I didn’t think I could like her any more than I already did, I did. <3 And then there’s Joe. Don’t even get me started on Joe, he’s just awesome. These two make an incredible pair and it was such an honor to capture their beautiful day at the Standard High Line. Congrats Alex + Joe!
